The gas is turned off until it is needed and we will demonstrate how to use it upon your arrival. Our daily cleaning schedule for the pool and surrounding area requires access to the side and back yard, usually at 9am. If you do not wish for cleaning to take place, please let us know. The house can accommodate 16 guests but please note** there will be 2guests on a pull-out sofa, 2 on an air mattress, and 1 on the downstairs couch. The house is most comfortable with 10-12 guests, but it can accommodate up to 16 if needed. We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $1750usd fully refundable OR a $69 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform.
