We also are accepting long-term stays. ✔ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 8+ GUESTS: Our nightly rate includes the first ten (8) guests. With each additional guest, a $30/night fee will be applied. ✔NOISE LEVEL MONITORING: Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. Rest assured that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. ✔SECURITY CAMERAS: we have placed security cameras throughout the exterior of the property.
