New and modern house that consists of 4 large bedrooms: - 2 with double beds and 1 bedroom with 6 single beds upstairs. - 1 master bedroom with shower and sink. With equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a small living room area with direct access to a covered terrace with swing. Ideal for "recharging your batteries" with family or friends, surrounded by fields and overlooking our beautiful Vosges mountains. The house is 2 km from the village, where you will find all shops, a library, a health center, a playground for your children. Every Friday morning there is a small market. 2 km away, there is also a 9 km greenway, ideal for a short walk. You will be surrounded by greenery, with health trails, beautiful hikes to do on foot or by mountain bike. You are 20 minutes from the Village of Gérardmer with its beautiful Lake and also 20 minutes from Lake Xonrupt-Longemer, 25 minutes from ski resorts such as La Bresse or Lac Blanc, 30 minutes from the Alsace wine route as well as old Alsatian Villages where several Christmas markets take place every year. We are located 1 hour from major roads such as Nancy, Strasbourg and Mulhouse are 1 hour 20 minutes and Colmar 45 minutes. Of course there are plenty of other activities to do such as: - a visit to the Confiserie des Hautes Vosges - tree climbing at Bol d'air - karting - summer sledding etc...
