Welcome to The Retreat at Victory! Located on 3 acres and surrounded by woods and water, this property provides the ultimate getaway from the everyday stresses of life! We are excited to offer this 4 bed / 3 bath home and we have gone to the extreme to make it a top notch destination. This home features 2 King suites, a hot tub, a huge fire pit and even kayaks and paddle-boards. But most importantly, it provides peace and quiet! Attention: There is 2 security cameras located on the front of The space Although you're are well isolated from the business of the city, everything you need is still a short drive away! Distances: Downtown Nashville 29 miles / 35-40 minutes BNA Airport (Nashville) 23 miles / 35 minutes Mount Juliet (Providence shopping area) 12 miles / 22 minutes Smyrna, TN 8.6 miles / 15-20 minutes The house is NOT lakefront. You can reach the lake by walking through the woods but it's recommended that you drive to the Lamar Hill access area for water activities. This boat ramp is a 1/2 mile away. 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle-boards and a trailer will be provided! In the winter there's an awesome lake view ! The property also includes a fire-pit, hot tub and a huge deck for all your outside activities. There is a large field on one side of the house for activities as well. This property features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 of the bedrooms are King suites with their own bathrooms. One of them features it's own entrance and is VERY spacious. Of the other two bedrooms, one has a queen bed and the last one has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens and towels are provided. There are 3 full baths in the house. 3 of them feature stand up showers and the third has a tub / shower combo. Basic bathroom amenities are provided as well as a hair dryer and an iron. The kitchen is very well stocked and has enough dinnerware for your group of 12. We have wine glasses, coffee mugs and the coffee bar features a standard as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Drip coffee starter packs are provided. The dining area features a large farmhouse style table with 10 chairs. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note NOTE: Inquire directly about single night stays. We keep a two-night or higher minimum requirement year-round but might make exceptions depending on the situation. Pets are welcome but we ask that you please let us know how many and what type you plan to bring. We charge $100 per pet and ask that you not allow them on furniture during your stay as a courtesy to guests after you. Note: This property is in the woods. That means there will be some wildlife and that includes deer, opossums, raccoons, and bugs!. As much as we will try to control this with pest control, this is just a part of being secluded so please be aware. Take this opportunity to become one with nature !
