Set on 25 acres the property boasts stunning views and spacious living, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. The space The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with views out of every window for a modern country experience. Recharge in one of the three generously sized bedrooms, equipped with coat and luggage racks. Get a good night's rest in one of the queen-sized beds with 100% linen sheets and block-out blinds. One of the rooms has an additional single bed, ideal for families. The self-contained kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay. It features stainless steel appliances, including an oven, cooktop, and fridge. Enjoy a meal around the 6-seater dining table or the breakfast bench, or dine in nature in the rose garden. Unwind in the oversized L-shaped lounge, where you can chat or watch one of the many streaming services available. Play pool or listen to tunes on the jukebox. The house is furnished with artwork and custom furniture from local Mudgee artists and artisans. Refresh in one of the two bathrooms, one with a large clawfoot bathtub and both with rainfall shower heads, toilets, towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Laundry facilities are available and include a washing machine, clothes rack, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. Reverse cycle air conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces for quick heating and cooling. NBN Wifi access is available throughout the home. The property is home to a small herd of cows and a friendly outdoor cat, Minnie. There are also plenty of Australian birds to watch, including King Parrots and Galahs. Guest access Follow the driveway and signs to the rear of the property to ample parking. Upon arrival guests can self check in with keys stored onsite in a lockbox. We might be doing farm work from time to time, so you might spot us from afar. We are happy to chat and answer any questions. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for anything, in person or through the app, as we will be more than happy to attempt to accomodate any requests. Please note: The shed located at other end of property is not to be accessed, for guest safety. Other things to note Early check in and late check out may be available, subject to availability. Please request at time of booking. Cleaning services are available during your stay, at an additional cost. Inform us and we can organise it for you. Children are welcome but should be supervised in outdoor areas as the home is not fully fenced and the 25 acre property has 2 dams and creek and other possible hazards.
