When it's time to rest, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms: *Primary Bedroom: Features a cozy queen bed. *Second Bedroom: Includes a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or friends. KITCHEN & DINING Feel right at home in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee bar to start your mornings right. It comes stocked with essentials to make your stay seamless, including foil, cooking oil, Ziplock bags, and spices. OUTDOOR LIVING *The expansive screened-in porch is your go-to spot for fun and relaxation. *Challenge your group to a friendly game of ping pong. *Enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table. *Kick back on the comfortable patio seating. *Fire up the BBQ grill for a cookout. *Gather around the cozy fire pit in the Adirondack chairs to share stories under the stars. The front yard is fenced and the stairs leading to the main entrance are gated, providing a secure space for pets or young children to play. Please note the entire property is not fully fenced. Guest access You will have private and exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. Enjoy the peace and privacy of having the whole space to yourselves. Other things to note Second Bathroom Location: Please note that the second bathroom is located on the first floor within the laundry area. It is a basic but functional space with a toilet and shower, perfect for a quick rinse after a hot day on the lake. Grill: The grill is a gas Blackstone griddle. Restricted Items: For your safety and to protect personal property, guests are not permitted to use any items stored on the laundry room shelves. The owner's boat, kayak, or inflatable paddleboard are also not for guest use, even if parked on the property.
