The well-equipped kitchen includes essentials like foil, cooking oil, ziplock bags, and spices. Enjoy the screened porch for games, ping pong, patio seating, and a dining table. For added security, the front yard is fenced, with gated stairs ensuring safety for pets or children. A $150 pet fee applies for up to 2 pets. Note: The second bathroom, located on the first floor in the laundry area, is basic but functional—perfect for a quick shower after a hot day, and it includes a toilet.
