Access to a courtyard with water feature is a bonus! The space The light, airy kitchen/dining/ reception room is fully equipped to host elegant dinner parties or enjoy casual meals at home. The kitchen island seats 8, there are two cream leather sofas and an armchair as well as a coffee table. There are two refrigerators as well as a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. The study/ second bedroom opens onto the balcony and has a desk and stylish sofa that opens up into a comfortable double bed. Upstairs on the mezzanine is the TV, sofa, electronic drum kit, shelving and a book case. You will find the WiFi router here. The walk-in wardrobe has room to hang your clothes. The bathroom contains the lavatory, a basin and vanity unit with USB outlets and a mobile phone charger, heated towel rail, a shower, washer/dryer and the boiler.
