Other things to note We work with a concierge. Check-in and checkout times will be set with them a few days before your arrival (checkout before 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.). Please note that Sunday hours are more restricted (checkout before 10:00 a.m. and check-in from 6:00 p.m.). Our Concierge can pick you up at a train station, take you to the house, fill the fridge before your arrival, find you a babysitter... Don't hesitate to ask them. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Cancellation policy Of course, the cancellation policy will be more flexible in the event of COVID-related restrictions. COVID and cancellation Reimbursement of all sums paid, excluding any compensation, in the event of cancellation requested by the latter in the following cases: The customer who signed the contract lives in a region, or a country where the lockdown is in effect until at least the day before the stay and prevents them from going to the rental. Travel restriction measures are imposed by the authorities of the region or country of the customer who signed the contract and prevent them from going to the rental.
