There are smart tvs in the living room, twin bed room, as well as the double room. Our kitchen has six seats at the dining room table and three seats at the counter. Enjoy a game of ping pong, air hockey, or pool in our game room! Guest access Entire home is all yours to enjoy! Smart lock for entry with a custom code for your stay. Other things to note House Rules: -NO smoking or vaping inside of home. Guests will be fined. -NO parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy of 8 will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by hosts) -Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am -Check-in is anytime after 3pm -Guests will be sent passcode morning of check in. -Premises has cameras on the outside of property. -Pets allowed up to 50 lbs. No more than 3 pets allowed. Check-out Instructions -Check out is at 11am -Place dirty dishes in dishwasher -Leave dirty towels on floor and beds unmade -Turn off all lights and TVs -Double check belongings -Take trash out to trash can -Lock door by pressing "kwikset" on keypad -Please leave a review and stay with us again!
