Tamarind Bay Unit #2 is a ground floor, beautifully decorated and appointed 3 bedrooms, 2 bath condo designed to be your ideal vacation home on 7 Mile Beach. The condo has an open floor plan with the living area opening out to the screened ocean view lanai, for lounging, coffee, cocktails and entertaining. The living area has comfortable seating and an HDTV with cable, and there is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo. Enjoy the fully equipped modern kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, blender, and dish washer. Also provided is all crockery and glassware for 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite tub/shower bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed, and the 3rd bedrooms has twin beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a family bathroom. High quality bedding and plenty of towels ensure you are comfortable in all aspects. The condo is also equipped with a personal safe for your valuables. Our guests have access to a full-size pool, with plenty of seating and reclining chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 grilling areas with gas grills. There are also reclining beach chairs and umbrellas on the private beach area. You can snorkel in clear shallow waters directly from the beach. There are also other additional water sport rentals nearby, and around the island. Tamarind Bay is within a short walk of many excellent shops, restaurants, post office, banks, cinema, bars, pubs, dive shops and duty-free shopping. A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or Scuba Diving. Also, within walking distance is Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants. Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town or Hell and the Turtle Farm in West Bay. The closest supermarket is about a 15-minute walk or 3 minutes on the bus. Andy’s hire care service is just across the road from Tamarind Bay, which is situated just next door to Coconut Joes, highly recommended for breakfast and other meals and drinks. Private off-street parking is provided. You are about a 10-minute cab ride from the Owen Roberts International airport. You can easily get around by walking, taking the public bus or renting a car for part or all of your stay, to be able to explore all of what Grand Cayman has to offer. NOTE: Since 2021 the southern end of the Seven Mile Beach area has experienced sand shifting and some beach erosion, including but not limited to Tamarind Bay, this is seasonal and cyclical and is constantly changing, from a small amount of beach to no useable beach. . EDIT( May 2023) the beach continues to come and go, so we cannot guarantee that the beach will be useable during your stay.....but feel free to contact us to check the latest conditions. Recent guests have still had a wonderful vacation even with limited beach facilities. depending on when you book your stay, we may be able to offer a discount if the beach maybe affected.
