This home is in the center of the Treasure Valley. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Kuna. 16.9 miles to BSU (approx 23 min) 15 min. to Meridian, (10.2 miles to The Village at Meridian, 20 min.) 20 min. to Boise (Bogus Basin is 33.4 miles, almost 1 hr), 20 min. to Nampa. Close to Meridian Rd for easy access to everywhere. There is so much to do in the Treasure Valley and this location allows you to do it all in 5-star style at a fraction of the cost. This beautiful 2200 sqft home was built in 2015 and boasts soft close cupboards, walking paths, kids play park within about 400 yards. Upstairs rec room with ping pong for your family/friendly tournament. You have lots of space with everything you should need for your stay. Sleeps 10 people comfortably. The maximum guest number reflects beds for 8 and permission for you to bring two additional people. Those extra folks who are not sleeping on a bed, in a bedroom, will need to bring sleeping bags, pillows and towels as the cleaners do not make up the sofa sleepers (they are couches that turn into beds, not cots) since they are in the living areas. There are 2 small steps to enter this spacious home. Once you are in, most everything is on the main level. The first room is a Queen room right off the bathroom, The second room comes next on the other side of the bathroom and it boast 2 twin beds for the singles in the group. The 3rd room is another adorable queen room. Then the corridor opens into an awesome great room with living room and full kitchen. Off the living room is the King Master bedroom with a spacious master bathroom. The upstairs recreation room is such a bonus for your family/friendly enjoyment. You get far more than 2 hotel rooms worth for the price of one. The lap of luxury doesn’t have to cost a mint. Although, not really needed in our great neighborhood, your safety is our priority. Therefore, we have a camera system on the exterior of the home with flood lights, night vision and the whole shebang. This allows you to enjoy your stay with peace of mind. The whole house interior is your private oasis. You also have access to the walking paths and park in the neighborhood. We will be available if you have any needs during your stay. Swan Falls is a beautiful picnic area on the Snake River. You feel like you're driving to nowhere and suddenly you drive down into a beautiful park area where you can boat, jet ski or just play. There's also the oddly quirky Kuna Caves if you're into exploring the unkempt caves of Kuna. Enrique's Mexican Restaraunt is where you'll find authentic Mexican food. Our favorite fast food, which is best in Kuna because of Dave the owner, is Arctic Circle. It's better than any other Arctic Circle we've been too. The best way to get around Kuna is to drive, bike or walk. Uber is available also. Built in 2015, this Gorgeous large home is ready for you. Great location! features a main level master suite and bedrooms as well as bathrooms providing optimal living. Standard features include textured walls in main living areas, premium Natural Maple Shaker Style cabinets that are soft close. Great room with vaulted ceilings. Recreation room upstairs with dual heating/air. Walking paths, a neighborhood park and green area are also available for your use.
