It has an incomparable terrace with its set of armchairs and beds to enjoy it with a full view of the sea and the Lagoon, it has a private pool for 12 people and its barbecue, a large dining room for 12 people and a large TV room for the whole family. It also has a kitchen, laundry room, beach accessories and unparalleled access to one of Cancun's most beautiful beaches, White Monkey Beach. Guest access The villa is completely private and we are the only villa with its own pool, terrace overlooking the ocean and we share the access to the private beach with 3 more villas.
