Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², open fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with bath). Wifi, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa bed (one 190x180 bed or two separate 80x190 beds). - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine... - A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub, WC. Common area : - A heated and shared indoor swimming pool. The pool and common areas are closed from 12 November to 15 December. Exterior : - A balcony of 8m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included. - Access to the swimming pool, sauna, games room and gym is free. - Wifi is available in the accommodation. - A laundry is also available to residents (4€ for washing and 2€ for drying). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
