A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog applies. To protect the home, pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on the furniture or beds. Coastal Living & Neighborhood Respect Theestate is located in a peaceful residential community. To maintain the tranquility of the surroundings, we observe the following: - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. - No Unauthorized Events: Large parties, weddings, or external gatherings are strictly prohibited. - Policy Enforcement: Unauthorized events or noise violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Arrival & Security - Parking: On-site parking is provided for up to 12 cars in the driveway (no street parking please). - Security: For your safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and/or exterior-only security cameras monitoring entry points. There are no cameras in interior spaces. Family-Friendly Amenities We are happy to arrange a high chair or Pack ’n Play upon request to ensure your family is comfortable from the moment you arrive.
