Cotswold Cottage in Northleach

Malt Cottage is a recently refurbished traditional Cotswold three story town cottage situated in the heart of the historic wool town of Northleach. Bright and open inside whilst maintaining the 200 year old character. There is a large enclosed, paved garden at the back that catches the sun all year. The cottage is located 200m from the market square, all local amenities are within easy reach - butcher, baker, wine bar, cafe and the award winning Wheatsheaf Inn. The space The house opens in to the living room with a wood burning stove. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Downstairs bathroom has rainfall shower over bath. The first floor - Bedroom 1 - King Size bed with clothes storage. Separate cloakroom on landing. Second floor - Bedroom 2 - An attic room, with sloping ceilings. The beds can either be made up as twin beds or can be zipped together to make super king bed (please specify which you would prefer when booking). Please note that the property is on three different levels and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The stairs to the top floor are quite steep. We provide a travel cot, should you require one and we suggest that you bring a baby gate if staying with small children. Guest access The whole cottage and garden is for the sole use of the guests. Other things to note Small well behaved pets are welcome but please can you let us know that they are coming prior to their arrival. There is readily available on-street parking outside cottage.
