We ask all the guests to be respectful with others guest especially after 9:30 pm. Ask about our early luggage drop off storage available Guest access You’ll have use of our private parking area in the back of the house and our super cool backyard where you can lounge Other things to note WiFi-We have high speed wifi; MBPS averages 11.55mbps or more and we can offer guests who need it an ethernet cord. We never have any issues with wifi speed and have had several guests who have have worked from our apartments with no trouble at all. If your stay is for a month or more than a month cleaning fee will be $200 Monthly stay must agree with house rules, agreement $500 refundable deposit. And if pet $200 non refundable pet fee. History of the Home This home was built in 1894 and is one of the oldest houses in Sanford. In fact, Sanford is one of the oldest towns in Florida going back to the 1870’s. 212 West 4th is not only one of the oldest homes in Sanford but was also built and lived in by one of the most renowned and famous Sanford residents; W.J. Hill. In fact, he built it for his wife Alice and it stayed in the family until the mid 1920’s. Hill was one of the first merchants in Sanford and operated a Hardware store and lumber yard. The remnants of the lumber yard are directly behind this home (long metal yellow building) and what’s left of the hardware store is on the corner of Oak and 3rd and still bears the Hill Hardware original signage.
