Theresa, 2022 PLEASE READ ON FOR PROPERTY DETAILS The space A gated entrance leads up a tree lined drive to this tranquil estate over looking 2+ acres of fruit trees, grape vines, and grassy vistas. A beautiful pool sits between the casita and the owners home and is unfenced and not suitable for very young children. This quiet country environment is near the Santa Margarita river for hiking and biking as well as Temecula Valley’s wine region and Old Town for shopping, dining and entertainment. San Diego's world class attractions are about an hour away. Bella Casita is nearly 1000 sf, with an open floor plan, cozy living room, wood burning fireplace, dining room, laundry room and two good size bedrooms and one bath. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and has a view of the pool with it's own outdoor seating. The second bedroom features two twin beds and overlooks the shade garden. Both bedrooms have ample closet space. A roll away inflatable single bed is available for a 5th person for an additional $75. The kitchen is supplied with most everything you’ll need including mixer, toaster and blender and a full rack of spices as well as a Keurig coffee maker with a good variety of coffee pods. The reverse osmosis filtered drinking water system feeds the refrigerator and ice maker. The laundry room is fully equipped with a new washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Linens and towels are provided including pool towels. Gas BBQ and utensils are also on hand as well as paper plates and plastic ware for outdoor use. The salt water pool is unfenced and only a few steps from your door with waterfalls and a Baja bench and is "naturally" heated by the sun for comfortable swimming May through September. Amazon Fire TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu and Paramount+, wireless charging ports, desk and numerous USB ports are available. Several paperback books are also on hand for your use as well as a few board games. Guest access Bella Casita is a self contained home with it's own front entrance, patio, fire pit patio table and chairs and BBQ. The unfenced pool and surrounding seating areas are available for guests use and not suitable for very young children. The property has a private gate and the casita is furnished with electronic door locks. You will receive a gate code and door lock code prior to arriving. There is plenty of parking with room directly in front of the casita or adjacent to the driveway. Other things to note The drive leading to the property is a private road serving three separate homes. Please limit your cars speed to 10 MPH in this area.
