Unwind in our 1 bedroom guest suite located in a lush 1 acre property nestled on a private road hilltop. Enjoy beautiful mountain views under a shady, large old Fig tree or on the fire pit area. Mingle with the chickens or swing under the fig tree. Drive 25 min to the beach, 10 min to the Wild animal park, 3 min major grocery stores, or simply enjoy a 1 mile walk around the neighborhood loop. Relax in comfortable beds, luxury motorized soft leather recliners, a mini kitchen and a large TV. The space The guest suite is spacious, private and quiet. The suite is separated from the main house by an unused office/laundry room. We will not hear you nor you hear us. The main bedroom has a King size bed and a foldout ottoman, sleeps total of 3. The living room has a twin size day bed with a twin size trundle bed and can sleep 2 more. We have everything you and a family will need including highchair, games, toys, and books. Roam our 1 acre property like you own it. Enjoy the spectacular views on both ends. Plenty of things to do including 2 tree swings, a gas BBQ, your own shady patio with a comfortable sectional on one side of the property, and a beautiful 1 mile walking loop around the neighborhood. Guest access You can access the laundry room next to the suite with a little advance notice so we can unlock the door. We will provide the detergents. The entire suite is yours to enjoy. Relax outdoors anywhere in the property except the backyard/pool area unless prior arrangements were made. Other things to note There is a wine cooler/fridge in kitchenette. A map to show where to park and door lock key combo code will be sent to each guest prior to check in. The pet fee is per pet, $50 per pet for your entire stay.
