The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and the lower floor has the living area as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Tahoma, you are near ski resorts and snow shoeing for your winter activities, and near the bike paths, hiking trails, the lake and beaches for all your summer fun. Perfect for a group of eight people (two families or a group of friends) will have lots of space to sleep here. On the main floor, you'll have a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and the upper level has two more bedrooms, each with a king bed. Propane is not provided in winter months due to limited access. * There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. *Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years *Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 8 adults *Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 12 adults *Occupancy: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12.
