This home is located near many Forest Service roads (just down Old HIll City Road off Road 357) which also connect to the Hill City ATV/UTV trail systems which turn into snowmobile trails in the winter. While this home has a beautiful forest background, there are local wineries and brewries under 5 miles of this lovely home. Guests with motorcycles will love staying here as there is only 1.5 miles of gravel to the highway, making it both centrally located and easy to get around. Not to mention, it's under 6 miles to Hill City and Keystone where there are several shops, restaurants and a local grocery store. Please note, the wifi available at this home is satellite, limited data style internet, which is not suitable for streaming or zoom meetings. *If you have a larger group or reunion, you can also reserve the Granite Ridge Cabin with this home as they are located on the same property.
