Do not set the AC unit below 68°F to avoid the risk of it freezing over. 2. Please ensure all windows, doors, and sliders remain closed while the air conditioner is in use to prevent the unit from freezing over. 3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues. Things to Note: Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement. Guest must be at least 25 years old to book. Dogs are welcome! Max. 2 dogs under 25lbs (no cats) are allowed with pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee paid. Please note that the pool heating is available upon request.
