When you’re ready to check out the restaurants, shops, and all things Topsail Island has to offer, you will find the house is ideally located in Surf City on a quiet road, 1.4 Miles N of the Pier. The space Blue Salt Bungalow is an oceanfront 3 bedroom | 2 bath | dog friendly* home, perfect for your family / friend getaway. 📍We are located next to public access 8. This is a low traffic access point as there are only 3 public parking spaces nearby. The house is located on a quiet street (North Shore Drive) in Surf City on a lower traffic beach (1.4 miles north of the pier). ☀️Master Suite has a king bed and attached full bathroom (bathroom also has a door from the hallway). ☀️Second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom next to the room but not attached. ☀️Third bedroom has a queen on the bottom, twin XL on top bunk bed (brand new in 2025). This was purchased from Max and Lily, Modern Farmhouse Bunk Bed. You can check out safety specifications on their website if interested. ☀️Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in, or dine out with lots of options in close proximity. ☀️We provide beach chairs and a Shibumi shade. ☀️Linens included in price and beds are made so you can start enjoying your vacation right when you arrive. 🌀We highly recommend travel insurance, especially June - October, which is hurricane season. We aren’t able to refund based on weather. Look closely at the policy you purchase. Not all cover natural disasters. 🔨We hope you love staying here as much as we do. Each offseason we make updates to the home to keep making it a better experience. Completely renovated both bathrooms in 2023, kitchen in 2024, and resided and painted the exterior in 2025. These are in addition to the not so fun renovations such as replacing the roof in 2022 and HVAC in 2025. For the 2026 season we added a fresh coat of paint to the living room and replaced our large living room ocean facing windows to make sure our ocean views continue to be pristine. 🏖️Keeping the home well maintained is extremely important to us and we are very proactive about maintenance. But please keep in mind that this is an oceanfront home and the salt air can be relentless. We appreciate when guests let us know if there are areas that need to be tended to so we can quickly address. *If a pet is included on your reservation, a pet fee is incorporated in the price (you won't see it broken out separately).
