This cozy and luxurious bungalow offers you a unique experience and is perfect for working, exploring and especially relaxing. It is located in an exclusive location of Cocles. This bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood, only 5 minutes' walk from supermarkets and only 10 minutes' walk from the beach. The space The bungalow was built in October 2022 and is located on a secure private property. The bungalow has 2 sliding glass doors that face the terrace and let a pleasant breeze through into the rooms. It is also equipped with two air conditioners. The bedroom is separated by an accordion door from the living room with sofa bed and from the bathroom you can enjoy the view of nature. The kitchen is located on the spacious terrace where you can make yourself comfortable in the hammock. Next to the bungalow is our private gym. Here we offer personal training and small group training. The gym can be shared by our guests, but a reservation for a specific time must be made with us. Use is not included in the Airbnb price and costs extra. Guest access Guests have a private garden and a private and secure parking space. The bungalow is totally private and exclusively for guests. The hosts live on the property, but both houses are separated from each other. Other things to note There are two large supermarkets only a 5-minute walk from the property, as well as various restaurants that can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. Puerto Viejo can be reached on foot in 30 to 40 minutes and the path along the sea is beautiful. In addition, you can also travel by bicycle (10 min) or by car (5 min). Puerto Viejo has an incredible Caribbean flair and you will find many different restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bicycle and scooter rentals and souvenir shops. As for the beaches, Cocles Beach is only a 10-minute walk away and is great for sunbathing, walking, splashing in the waves or surfing. In the city there are several places to go into the water (Chino Beach and Standfords Beach are the quietest places, ideal for children). Along the road between Puerto Viejo and Manzanillo there are many other beaches to discover, but one of the most beautiful beaches is Punta Uva. Here you can rent a kayak and explore the Punta Uva River, explore the forest and hike to the incredible viewpoint or just enjoy the turquoise waters of the ocean. Playa Negra is located on the other side of Puerto Viejo and is famous for its black sand.
