The space The Bilo Grecale are 4-bed apartments in a brand new residence just 30 meters from the sea of Casalabate, a picturesque and lively town on the Adriatic coast, just north of the city of Lecce. Located on the third and last floor of the residence, the penthouses allow you to enjoy exceptional sea views and are all equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, electric oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor of the building, there is also a reserved, uncovered parking lot. The Bilo Grecale apartments consist of a living room furnished with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, hallway and 1 full bathroom with shower. The surroundings of the vacation rentals in Casalabate The two Bilo Grecale apartments are located on the third floor of a newly built residence in Casalabate, in a quiet area 30 meters from the sea and less than 150 meters from the center of the town, where all the main services are located. Casalabate is a very lively place in summer, also due to the large number of bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. It also has rides and a children's playground, a small port, and a rich weekly market that takes place every Sunday morning. The sandy beaches are characterized by long stretches of free beach with high dunes covered with Mediterranean vegetation and interspersed with equipped beaches. The crystal clear sea and beaches are soft and rich in shells. - A receptionist will take care of check-in (from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) and check-out (from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.). An extra payment of €50 is required for late arrivals upon notification (from 8:00 p.m. to midnight). - Check-in will take place at the WELCOME POINT in via silvio pellico 23 - Lecce (at Lupiae Vacanze) - Upon arrival, the signature of the relevant lease agreement in Italian will be required. - The accommodation tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations. - First supply of linen (towels and sheets) included in the total. Any change on request at the price of 20 euros per person. - OBLIGATION to separate and dispose of waste. Otherwise, a penalty of €80 will be withheld for up to 10 kg of waste, + €50 for each additional kg. - OBLIGATION to leave the kitchenette and dishes clean (service not included in the final cleaning price). Otherwise, a penalty of €40 will be withheld. - Please note that upon arrival, payment of the security deposit of €100 is required by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer.
