Thank you for looking! The space The two bedrooms are upstairs. They both have queen size beds. There's windows, skylights and plenty of closet space. There is also a full bath with tub upstairs. The main level is an open floor plan with no walls between the kitchen and dining area. The living room couch has a queen size air mattress built in. The open porch area has a twin size day bed. There's a laundry area by the front entrance. There's also a full bath with a shower stall. The entire back of the house is windows with 180 degree views of the yard, sunset and the Peconic bay. The beach is just a few steps past the edge of the yard and over the dune. The yard has a barbeque, a picnic table and a couple of lounge chairs. Guest access The pebbled driveway is on one side of the house and can accommodate two or three cars. The neighborhood is nice for biking or a walk.
