Forest Hideaway

Waking up in fresh Adirondack air with deer peeking thru your windows, you are surrounded by tress and private trails, and yet have creature comfort. 1st floor has two bedrooms (queen beds), washer and dryer, and living room with 55 inch tv. 2nd floor has master bedroom with a study along with living room with 32 inch tv, kitchen, and enclosed deck to enjoy the outside. We have a fully enclosed 1/2 acre dog yard accessed from both floors . Pets are welcome with a $100 fee. Firepit below house. The space This house has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. One on the 2nd floor, and two on the first floor. Both floors have a living room area with a tv, and the first floor couch pulls out to a queen size bed for additional sleeping. Both floors have full bathrooms. Please note for guests with mobility issues: There are slightly tricky stairs to get to the main living area both from outside or from the 1st floors circular stairs. Guest access Access to the whole house except for a small locked closet on each floor used by the hosts for storage. Other things to note The driveway will be plowed if more than a few inches of snow fall. I or my local contractor will send you a notice via the airbnb app. For longer stays, trash will be picked up based on renter preference. The marked walking paths on the 200 acre property are also for your enjoyment but please always make sure you can see two markers at all times while using the paths. This will keep you on the path and avoid wandering down a false path created by deer or other animals. It is super easy to get turned around so please stay on the marked paths. This land has two other houses I rent that also use the marked paths. This house can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. We charge an extra nightly fee of $25 per person for each person after 4 people (Airbnb will add these fees on automatically before you book).
