Boomerang Beach House

The property sits on a quiet road between the beach and the Aldinga Conservation Park, both a short walk away. If you love nature, you'll love staying in this area. The house is homely, fresh and fun. There are books to read and games to play. Explore the local area, kick back and relax. It really is a magic spot. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do. The space The property is fully fenced. The protected backyard has a large lower deck, garden and lawn, surrounded by predominantly native plants and trees. The house is two stories. The bottom level has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine and a larger laundry sink. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. Upstairs consists of an open plan living, kitchen and dining space that opens up to decks on both the north and south sides. There is an outdoor table on the northern upstairs deck, with a BBQ. There is also an outdoor table on the northern ground deck. Clothesline, bins and gas bottles (for hot water) are out the side of the house. There is also a large black compost bin in the back yard near the garden shed. I would appreciate all food scraps, paper material (tissues, paper towels, paper) to be put in this compost bin, to eliminate lingering smell which occurs if you put the food scraps in the landfill bin. Guest access Guests can access all spaces, except the linen cupboard and the garden shed. Other things to note BODY CARE I provide body care products (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and handwash) from Zero Co Australia. All the bottles are made from recycled ocean plastics and the refills are reused - no plastic is thrown out in the process. Such a great initiative! Go Zero Co! CLEANING The cleaning fee covers a five-hour clean, based on the house being left in a tidy state. Please also note, that timber surfaces easily stain and have that look of "character". They have all been thoroughly washed and disinfected, even though they may not look this way. Washing of linen and towels are done off the premises and do not incur an extra fee. PETS Boomerang Beach House is animal friendly, however, I do not allow cats to stay because of the native wildlife in the yard itself and surrounding Conservation Park. I do not charge a fee to have pets stay at Boomerang Beach House, as I understand your pets are part of the family and often like to come on holidays too! However, I would appreciate no animals inside the house thank you, particularly on furniture or bedding. There is a weather-proof kennel at the back of the property near the shed. There is an animal sleeping mat I can put out on request also. If your animal is making lots of noise outside during the night, you are welcome to put them in either of the bathrooms with the door closed. Please note, an extra cleaning fee with be charged accordingly if animals are found to be indoors on the furniture or bedding. Thank you so much for your understanding.
