On the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with direct access to the pool area, an open-plan kitchen, and a dining area. The villa features three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with two double beds and a balcony, another with a queen bed and direct pool access, and a third with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The family bathroom, shared by the two non-en-suite bedrooms, is equipped with a shower. On the first floor, there's an open-air living area with a dedicated workspace, along with a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This level also offers a desk with a view of the living room. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in total. The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a 40sqm private pool with a shallow section for children, garden furniture, and a jacuzzi. There’s also a BBQ and a fully fenced, private space for complete relaxation. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Guest access The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
