Silvia vacation home The space Lovingly renovated, cozy vacation home for approx. 4 people for rent. The property is completely overgrown and in summer hardly visible from the outside. When the weather is nice, you can relax undisturbed on the terrace. In cool weather, you can create a cozy ambiance with the wood-burning stove, which heats the entire house as a heating source. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Slightly steep stairs to the bedrooms (not suitable for disabled people). In one bedroom there is a double bed, in another bedroom there are two single beds. For undisturbed sleep, screens are attached to the windows. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, on the first floor there is a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the TV or listen to the radio. From the dining room you can look directly at the idyllic garden with a small garden pond. From spring to fall, garden furniture is available on the terrace. Rödelmaier is a small, peaceful place at the foot of the Bavarian Rhön Mountains. The place is located in the administrative district of Lower Franconia, which directly adjoins Hesse and Thuringia. Due to the proximity of the Bad Neustadt highway junction, Rödelmaier is very easy to find. The Rhön Clinic Campus Bad Neustadt and shopping facilities can be easily reached after approx. 3 kilometers. The district town of Bad Neustadt with its old town invites you to stroll or visit the swimming pool. Bad Königshofen, with its health and adventure pool of the Frankentherme, can be found about 18 km away. Münnerstadt, also about 18 km away, is always worth a trip with its historic old town, the Riemenschneider altar and in autumn the local play. The Rhön Nature Reserve invites you to hike and cycle. A stop at Kreuzberg Monastery, on the highest mountain of the Rhön, is highly recommended. There is typical Franconian cuisine and the famous monastery beer.
