Casa Sereno is a fabulous Palm Springs vacation home with extensive use of windows and glass doors in the great room to usher the outdoors in and provide spectacular views of the pool and San Jacinto mountains. Relax in your own place of “serenity”. It's modern, spacious, clean, and comfortably sleeps 6. The owner has worked to preserve the unique California Ranch vibe while adding modern conveniences of high-speed Internet Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV's. The kitchen and baths have been updated to today’s standards. While here you'll be soaking in the saltwater pool or the 6-jet bubbling spa while enjoying the stunning mountain views. INSIDE SPACES Inside you'll find a modern kitchen with an open floor plan and full-suite of appliances. Dish ware, cocktail makers, and all the cookware and appliances you need to cook your heart away. Adjoining the kitchen is the open concept dining, living, and media area with a 85” smart TV. SLEEPING QUARTERS The bedrooms are off on their own in separate areas down a hallway from the living space. The large private bedrooms are great for groups with both early risers and those who want to sleep in. All the sleeping quarters have comfortable hospitality quality mattresses with high thread count sheets and pillows. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV equipped with Roku and Netflix and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV equipped with Roku and Netflix. The third bedroom has a queen bed and TV equipped with Roku and Netflix.

+The City of Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance. No amplified music is permitted outside, at any time. All Vacation Rentals in Palm Springs must follow this ordinance. +Pool heat is an additional $85/daily. Billed ‘separately’ and is optional. +All TVs are WiFi connected with Roku and Hulu +Dogs are permitted, subject to approval, with a fee of $75.00 per dog, with a limit of 2 dogs. Dogs must not be left unattended in the house at any time unless they are in a secure create. Please keep dogs off all furniture, including beds. And of course, all guests must pick up after your pets (failure to do so will be subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee). Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties or events. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for Vacation Rentals which must be followed. All house rules must be followed. Check-in time is 3:00pm, check-out is 11:00am. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available and must be arranged in advance. Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested. By booking, you acknowledge that you are at least 25 years of age and you agree to sign and return a written Vacation Rental Agreement and copy of your government issued photo ID no later than 48 hours prior to date of occupancy. ID verification is required. If date of booking is within 48 hours of occupancy, the rental agreement must be signed and returned upon receipt for immediate filing with the city. PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter.
