This will include all four private decks, two kayaks, two paddleboards, a BBQ grill, an electric smoker, and a private boat dock. We have six parking spots; two on the lakeside and four on the out lot, which we also own. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premise, Luxury Living by the Lake is equipped with both front and back door Ring cameras. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. Parking is free and connected to the house, with multiple spots in the front driveway. We also own the extra lot across the street for additional parking. Pleasant Lake has a public access boat ramp. Please obey all boating rules which include state-mandated "towing" hours from 11 AM to 7:30 PM daily. No water sports where towing others (skiing, tubing, wake surfing, etc) are allowed outside of those times. Counter-clockwise boating only.
