The great room wall of windows opens up to the amazing covered terrace. On the terrace, you will find a bbq, loungers and a large 6 person dining table … all just steps from the infinity-edge swimming pool. Past the living space is the primary suite with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks. The opposite end of the house features the second and third bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, with an en suite bathroom. Just past that is a secluded workstation for those who need desk space for studying or teleworking. At the end of the hall is the last bedroom with a king bed, ample storage space and an en suite bathroom. There is a laundry room in the house with a brand-new washer (March 2023) and a dryer.
