Guest access Guest access: You have access to the whole house as well as the land that goes up to the street overlooking Lake Champlain. Note: Access to the lake in front of our house is strictly prohibited "No Trespassing". In Port Kent, the railway and private owners own all the land along the lake, except for the public access provided to Port Kent Beach. Port Kent Beach is just a few minutes from the house, free parking.
