Quiet Mountain escape, look no further than this lovely townhome in Bear Hollow, Park City! This 3-bedroom, 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds and two Sofa Beds, 3.5-bathroom home provides all the necessities, plus two decks, a gas grill, and access to community amenities. The winter has the slopes close by at Park City Mountain/Canyons or Deer Valley Resort or XC skiing right next door. In the summer months, check out hiking trails nearby or explore Utah Olympic Park. Dog friendly for house trained. The space The well-appointed and decorated Corner-Unit Townhome has three floors, approximately 2,300 sq. ft, and is super roomy and comfy. Three families can easily stay together while having their own privacy. On the main floor, there is a spacious family room with a fireplace, TV, large sectional sofa, a nice leather chair and two smaller chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and functional with a dining table that seats 8 plus 4 bar stools for casual eating. There is a Balcony right off the Kitchen for easy access and viewing the mountain and the Olympic Park and Ski Jump Area. Also, we have a doggie door to the outside balcony right off the kitchen. Master Bedroom has full sized Queen Bed, plus a Sofa-bed at the other end of the room, with an ensuite bathroom including a steam shower. The Master also has its own large walk out balcony for viewing. Upstairs Common Area has a sofa-bed plus its own TV and sitting viewing area. Very comfortable for maybe a teenager or younger child. Guest Bedroom Upstairs has its own Queen Bed, plus a work area and of course a TV and a bathroom area. The bottom floor Bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, mudroom, and access to the heated 2-car garage. Guest access You have access to the entire townhome. There is a community lodge, pool (pool open during summer only, but jacuzzi all year long) , jacuzzi, and exercise room. Other things to note Stunning views of the Olympic Park ski jump out the back deck. We overlook the 30-acre Run Amok Dog Park and nice and quiet, no street noise. Many of the units in Bear Hollow are too close to the busy 224 HWY and noise from the road can be quite loud. Very easy parking with a nice large one car garage and big driveway for more cars which is partially covered for those days when its snowing hard.
