Gite du Mas d'en Llinas is a fabulous, rural retreat, set in the foothills of the Pyrenees with unrivalled views down to the coast, surrounding mountains and the beautiful Canigou mountain which is snow capped from November to May. This huge Catalan Mas is in the heart of the ‘Garrigue’, you will be at one with nature in absolute peace and seclusion while only ten minutes by car from the charming village of Castelnou, one of the ‘Plus Beaux Villages de France’. Other things to note On departure, the cleaning fee covers standard cleaning costs, linen, towels, pool towels and dishcloths for your use, but please leave the house tidy ready for cleaning with all rubbish thrown away from around the house and the pool area. Particularly bottle tops, corks and cigarette buts. Ashtrays should be emptied. Please empty all the bins around the house and rubbish must be taken to the bin store at Castelnou as instructed by the manager. It is advisable that you take your rubbish away the day before departure if you have limited space in your cars. If there is a SMALL amount of final rubbish remaining on day of departure, please ask the manager in advance if she is happy to take this away for you. Please also strip the beds of linen and take this and towels down to the hall / additional kitchen on the lower level at the end of the corridor. Please also ensure that the washing up is done and put away in the correct cupboards. If there are last minute breakfast items, these can be put in the dishwasher and please put this on. Please also clean the barbecue regularly and clean it on departure. We ask that you place a tray underneath the cooking area of the barbecue with foil on so that grease doesn’t drip down on to the terrace and foil can be easily thrown away and replaced each time the barbecue is used. Please ensure that any furniture that is moved is replaced to its original location. Please pick up dog mess regularly and before departure.
