The space Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights). Le Jardin des Plantes is located in a quiet street, on the second floor (with lift) of the residence. It comprises : - A beautiful living room, with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge-TV area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cooking utensils. - Washing machine - Living room with TV and internet connection. - A bedroom with a double bed (140*190). - A bedroom with 2 single beds (80*190). - A beautiful bathroom with bathtub. - Separate WC - Basement parking space. For your convenience, you'll also have a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Cocoonr Agency: Le Jardin des Plantes is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys. Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets. Other things to note - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. - An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure. - To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease). - To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). - Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation. - This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.
