The space ** Historical fun facts ** This special and luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor of a medieval building in the historic center and has its origins between 1100 and 1200. In the past, it was part of the district of the old San Domenico Convent. It became the property of Mario's family in 1954. The main feature that makes this apartment unique and special is the presence, in the heart of the historic center, of a large private garden for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment, equipped with everything you need to be able to eat and relax, always green and flowery thanks to the care of the owners. **Accommodation** The apartment, romantic and finely furnished, can accommodate up to 2 people. It is particularly suitable for a romantic couple's stay. It includes a large living room with equipped kitchen, relaxation area with sofa, double bedroom, reading room and luxury bathroom with large walk-in shower. It may be possible to get close to the house for unloading/loading luggage, with a 20-minute time permit, but San Gimignano is a medieval village and the streets are very narrow and not suitable for car traffic. And in any case, your car should be moved and parked in the paid car parks or in the free ones, outside the ZTL. **By BUS** The stop in the city is: "Piazzale Martiri Montemaggio". Then on foot, crossing the main street that leads to Piazza della Cisterna, you will have easily reached the house in 6 minutes.
