This is a duplex and we live in the other unit. You may hear us a little but we try to stay quiet. The backyard is shared but we don't get out there much, so you will pretty much have it to yourself. This is a full apartment with High Speed Internet, Washer & Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, Grill, and all new furniture. That's on top of the basic necessities that are always provided. Guest access Guests will have the whole apartment to themselves. The yard is also available to enjoy some fresh air and soak in the Hot Tub. Other things to note There are some steps to get into the house. Also a step down to get into the laundry.
