We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Audouville-la-Hubert, at 5 km from the sea, this charming manor house of a surface of 300m ² and being able to accomodate to 10 travellers. It is composed of a comfortable living room of 50m², a dining room of 30m², an equipped kitchen of 18m², the first floor offers four beautiful bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an extra bedroom with shower room. You can enjoy a lush park including a fully walled garden. On the 2nd floor, you will find a library. Outside : - A spacious summer kitchen with integrated barbecue - Several terraces offering different exposures with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days - A beautiful garden of 2 000 m² entirely closed. - An outbuilding is available for bikes or motorbikes and offers a sheltered play area with a table football. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. It is a field adjacent to the house which is about 4000m2, without shelter. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
