Enjoy the amazing sunsets from the screened in back patio and private dock. Three kayaks and camping chairs for all that Crystal River/Dunnellon have to offer! Very cozy, laid back atmosphere. Lake Rousseau is great for bass fishing/kayaks. Bring your boat-the ramp is 1 mi down the road to put in for the Lake or the Gulf. Great restaurants and fun float trips all around. Snorkel w/manatees in the area springs (seasonal.) Float or paddle the Rainbow and Crystal River (both are 15 minutes away.) The space Kickback on the comfortable sectional sofa, smoke or grill your fresh catch and enjoy the well stocked kitchen! The beds and bedding are top quality for your relaxation. The open floor plan is great for hanging out and enjoying together time. Dishwasher pods, hand towels,dish soap, bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soaps, towels, linens, coffee maker, coffee, condiments are all provided. The house is dog friendly but there is no fenced in yard. No cats. If you are not from Florida, please know there are alligators in the lake! Guest access The entire property is yours for the length of your stay! Other things to note There is a clicking sound made by the water system, located outside of the large bedroom with the king size bed and can be heard in this bedroom so please be aware if laundry and/or dishes are being done after bedtime.
