A three-story Mediterranean-style townhouse in an exclusive development on the edge of the Maro-Cerro Gordo natural area, between Malaga and Granada. Spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the village and Herradura beach. We enjoy incredible sunrises 365 days a year. Regular sightings of mountain goats and dolphins. We offer long-term monthly pricing The space - Four bedrooms with a double bed. - Two bathrooms and one toilet. - Three terraces. - A community pool with a children's pool. -2 paddle tennis courts for free use by customers. -Wi-Fi internet. - Beach umbrellas. -Beach/pool towels. - Iron/ironing board. -Hair dryer. Guest access -Unsupervised community pool during hours set by the community. An electronic opening and closing device must be used when leaving and entering the premises. If not used in this way, the device locks and becomes unusable. For good coexistence with the neighbors, please return the sun loungers to their place when leaving the enclosure. It is totally forbidden to occupy hammocks if you are absent. The use of non-child floats is prohibited. Please do not play music, make noise, and respect the hours of use. -2 Community Paddle Tennis Courts for free use (no rackets provided). You must share their use with the rest of the community members. -Closed circuit surveillance with security cameras in the community. The community has a security company that monitors vehicle access for maximum security of residents and guests. Other things to note The Chalet is not located on the beachfront, however, the nearest beach in La Herradura is located just 8 minutes away in a car ride without traffic lights. The privileged position of the property on the top of the mountain range of the natural landscape offers spectacular views of the village of La Herradura and the Mediterranean Sea. La Herradura is a privileged place for snorkeling, kayaking and diving (including baptism courses), in the village you will find a wide range of businesses offering this type of activities in addition to the possibility of renting boats (with or without title) and jet skis. 22 minutes by car is our nearest port: Marina del Este. Visits can be made to the famous Caves of Nerja, Almuñécar and the Alpujarras. Also recommended visits to the Balcony of Europe in Nerja and the village of Frigiliana. Nearest airports: Malaga Airport and Granada Airport 1 hour drive each. For snow lovers Sierra Nevada is less than an hour and a half away. La Herradura enjoys a unique microclimate in Europe. Enjoy pleasant temperatures and mostly sunny days throughout the year. The temperature rarely drops below 10 degrees Celsius. In recent years we have experienced short episodes of intense heat punctual during the months of July/August. That is why we have installed Air conditioning/ventilation system in all rooms and living room for maximum comfort of our clients. Community pool, not private. The property is located in the border of the Maro-Cerro Gordo natural site. Cabras montesas are visible daily on the grounds. We ask customers to keep access doors to the property as well as windows in the rooms when not in use, closed to prevent any animals from being stained. You should also keep in mind that the price of the house already includes cleaning and preparation of the house for your arrival. Any extra visit that has to be made due to additional needs of the client not communicated prior to their arrival or arising during the course of their stay, inaccuracy in their data provided, or negligence in the use of keys, will be charged at the rate of 80 euros per incident (we do not guarantee immediate availability), in addition to charging them for the additional expenses derived from such incidents (locksmith expense, keys, replacement of equipment, etc.).
