Play, relax and choose which balcony to take in the most glorious Texas Rayleigh Blue Skies whilst sipping on a beverage and being misted by The Galveston Bay; if that isn't plentiful on its own, we are located in the heart of Kemah's Lighthouse District and steps from its famed Boardwalk, boasting world-class restaurants, nightlife, charming shops, free concerts, rides, games, and so much more! The space Blue Bay is a three-storied, four-bedroom, three 1/2-bath newly renovated and dreamy home with four balconies offering sweeping views of Galveston Bay and the city of Kemah's Light House District; here, you can easily accommodate 13-15 of your favorite people. Outdoors beckons you with a recently constructed 230 ft private pier, where our guests have fished and crabbed day and night. This area is coveted as one of the best fishing spots on The Bay: from redfish, flounder, speckled trout, black drum, sheepshead, catfish, alligator gar, and even sharks! Ground Floor: The Ground Floor is the Game Room. The Game Room features pool, ping-pong, and card playing tables, along with an eating table, powder room, a refrigerator for your beverages, and a large flat-screen Smart TV; it is the perfect playscape for the young and old and never a dull moment to be had; just outside is a barbeque grill and spacious patio. Second Floor: The Second Floor has a large open-concept entertainment room, including a dining table and an inviting family room for your joyous moments and movie-watching pleasures from the 65-inch Smart TV, all with a view that never tires. You will find a double-over-double bunk bedded room and a full bathroom here. When you are done whipping up a delicious meal from the well stocked chef's kitchen, or maybe it is take-out from one of Kemah's fine restaurants, come outside and enjoy some dessert au salty air! The Third Floor The Third Floor has three bedrooms. There is a spacious primary king-sized bedroom with an office desk, futon, and spa-like ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a king-sized bedded room and a double over double bunk room with a shared adjoining bathroom. All bedrooms have smart TVs, each has walk-out balconies, 2 facing the bay and one facing the City of Kemah's Lighthouse District. On this floor, you will find a well-stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer. We are glad you're considering a stay at our Waterfront Gem, where fishing, fun and star gazing are a mainstay. You will fall asleep to the sounds and sights of The Bay and hopefully awaken just in time to catch a glorious sunrise or two right from bed. So, come make some memories! Kitchen: dishwasher, stove/oven, K-cups coffee marker, cooking utensils, pots &pans, slide-toaster, blenders, electronic can opener ,double hot plate, microwave, dishware & flatware, digital cooking scale, air-frier, hand-held vacuum, flower case, Vietnamese dripped coffee pin General: free fast wi-fi, ceiling fans, central AC & heat, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, hair dryer. Parking: 5 parking spots on the driveway The Kemah Boardwalk has many events scheduled weekly, please check out their website for their latest happening. Firework Show is a mainstay every Fridays of June and July; Blue Bay provides but the best spot to watch it all. Other things to note The Rental Agreement will be sent to the Guest after the booking.
