Welcome to Circleville, UT! An all-American small town off the beaten path with some of the best sightseeing, fishing, hunting, stargazing and ATV trail riding in Utah. Whether you're driving through or planning a weekend enjoying the great outdoors, we have the house for you. Located minutes away from the Paiute ATV trail, you can leave from the house and be up in the mountains in no time. There are numerous places to rent ATV's and fishing boats- perfect for the plentiful lakes and streams. The space Things to do: NATIONAL PARKS Our home is located within 90 miles of three of Utah's most popular national parks (Bryce Canyon, Zion and Capitol Reek National Park) FISHING There is excellent fishing at Otter Creek Reservoir which is located 16 miles from the home. The lake offers half day and full day boat rentals. Other lakes with great trout fishing nearby are Panguitch Lake (45 miles) and Fish Lake (58 miles). If you are looking to visit a picturesque mountain lake, take a quick 45 minute drive to Lebaron lake. ATV RIDING The Paiute ATV trail, one of the top rated trail systems in the United States, runs through the town. Circleville is ATV friendly and you can ride your side by side or atv on the streets in town. ATV rentals are available in Marysvale, UT at Lizzie and Charlies RV/ATV park which is only 20 mins from the house. BIG ROCK CANDY MOUNTAIN RESORT Located approximately 25 mins north - offers whitewater rafting, lazy river float trips, Zip-line and a bike trail that winds along the Sevier River. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home. There's parking for ATV trailers and multiple vehicles. Home is stocked with fresh linens, clean towels, blow dryer, high speed wireless internet, YoutubeTV and NETFLIX. Smart TVs are located in the basement, the main floor living room, master bedroom, guest room with Queen bed. Other things to note Be advised this is a very small town (population: 517) with limited services. The small grocery store (Stans Merc) usually closes around 6 or 7 pm and usually closed on Sundays and the two restaurants close soon after.
