The space The beautifully appointed villa features 4 en-suite bedrooms (2nd floor Room 1 has 1 King and a lounger, Room 2 has 1 King OR 2 Twin XLs, Room 3 has 1 Queen/Twin bunk. 1st Floor: Room 4: 1 Queen, plus Living Room 1 pull-out Queen couch, a Pack n Play and twin air mattress. The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine and air fryer, and opens up to a large dining area and living room with 13-foot sliders, offering amazing views of Elizabeth Harbour's sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen provides all of the tools you need to prepare meals for your group, with plenty of spices, baking and cooking supplies. The outdoor propane grill is ready for your fresh catch. Hire one of the many professional chefs on the island, get take-out, or enjoy fine dining just steps away at the Rusty Anchor restaurant and bar. There is enough space to spread out and find peace, while you will find plenty of spots to gather and enjoy each other's company in the shade or full sun. The house is stocked with beach and board games, floats and paddleboards (lifejackets for kids and adults), balls, tennis and pickleball gear, playing cards, books, 4 televisions with Smart TV/Roku, and more. The hardscaped path, which leads from our 20x40’ shaded patio to our oceanfront deck and day dock, points directly at Stocking Island's salt monument across Elizabeth Harbour. Because we face North, we enjoy protection from the prevailing winds, and all-day shade on our patio. The Dock provides all-day sun on the dock with shade provided by umbrellas and a gazebo with a lovely bench swing. The 1st floor master bedroom offers excellent accessibility with a Queen Master Suite boasting ocean views and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have private access to the outside balcony with seating and a hammock that overlook Elizabeth Harbour, Stocking Island, and the ocean. The main 2nd floor private King master suite has over-sized sliders, seating, and a huge master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and hand-crafted Argentinian double sinks. An additional 2nd floor King Master bedroom also has a full bath including a walk-in shower, and is surrounded by windows with sweeping ocean views and a private slider door to the veranda. The third upstairs Master Bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin XL bunk, and private bathroom with a tub and shower, and a lush tropical view with a view of Pirate's Cove. The living room includes one pull-out Queen sofa couch. The lounger is also a comfortable sleeping option for 1 person. We offer a pack-n-play with bedding (new in 2023) and a plush twin air mattress for additional sleeping options. Guest access Guests enjoy use of our entire villa, private dock and 35’ marina slip for rental boats, as well as all of the amenities of February Point Resort. Assistance is provided by our on-island property manager. The resort offers endless activities on property including the Beach Club pool, lounge chairs and beach next to the Rusty Anchor restaurant and bar. Pickleball/tennis courts and a fitness center are next to the security gate, and the full-service Seaview Spa is also at the Beach Club. Exuma is a fisherman's delight and Point of View is a perfect "home base" for fishermen. Wade out for bonefishing from Little Exuma or head out on the flats with a guide. Fish nearby outside of the Moriah Cay Nature Preserve, or venture for day trips from Great Exuma to Stella Maris on Long Island (27 miles) or to Hawk's Nest on Cat Island (43 miles).
