Located close to Kalahari indoor water park and skiing at Camelback, Jack Frost, and Big Boulder, this is the perfect location for a fun-filled family getaway. (Community fees are extra and mandatory, see "Other things to note") The space Located in gated Arrowhead Lake community. This no-frills getaway offers simple, practical comforts. Indoor Hot Tub and Sauna! Great for a large family up to 12 people. Ground floor: Hot tub, Sauna, Ping Pong, 55" Roku TV, bathroom. Main floor: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, heated den, bathroom. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. 1 bedroom with a queen bed. Den with 2 twin beds. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably in beds but is allowed to host up to 12 guests. You’re welcome to bring sleeping bags or air mattresses for the extras. Linens and towels are provided for each bed. We have upgraded most mattresses to comfortable Green Tea Cooling Gel Memory Foam Mattresses! → Central Heating & AC for year-round comfort. → Complimentary Wi-Fi: Ideal for remote work or streaming. → We allow up to 2 dogs (no cats or other pets, pet fee applies) → Propane fireplace in the living room → Kitchen has salt, pepper, oil for basic cooking needs. Parking: 4 cars in private driveway We are short 4 min walk to pool (open summer season, from Memorial Day to Labor Day) Please Note: 1) Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate (see "Other things to note") 2) Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property. We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, ALDI. It must be paid whether amenities are open, available, or used. Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
