Whether you’re in town visiting family, passing through on your way across the state, or here for work, you’ll find a lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day. You’ll be only minutes from restaurants, parks, and the airport. This home comes with fully equipped kitchen, keyless entry, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Roku, and a laptop-friendly workspace. You will find a lovely open-concept living room that includes dining area, den and office space. The spacious master bedroom with queen bed has ample storage available. In the second bedroom, you will find a very comfortable twin-over-full bunk bed. Both rooms offer bedside fans, blackout shades, and USB charging stations. There is plenty of room to set up a pack-n-play or travel crib in either bedroom, should you happen to be travelling with an infant. The bright and cheerful kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, fully stocked spice rack, and all the utensils you need to create your next culinary masterpiece. The space being offered is the entire main level of the house, which includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and open-concept dining/living/office space. Upon request we can grant access to the laundry area located in the basement. Feel free to play in the front or back yard. Guests may contact me by phone. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood behind a small elementary school. Generally there is not much traffic, except at school pickup and drop-off times for about an hour. Riverton's Main Street is only a few blocks down (within walking distance) where you'll find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a movie theater, a children's museum, and more. There's also a lovely park with a disc-golf course, modest playground, and tennis courts just a few blocks away. For longer stays, you may contact me to arrange access to the laundry room located in the basement. Otherwise, these will generally not be accessible for stays lasting less than one week. There is a nice laundromat within walking distance if you prefer. There is a portable A/C unit in the living room which keeps the place cool and comfortable! Checkout duties: We ask that guests please wash any dishes/silverware that were used, and place any garbage in the large trash bin outside the back gate in the alley.
