The free high-speed WiFi allows streaming with no issue and will be ideal to update your social media and stay in touch with your loved ones back home. Perched on the side of the hill in the quaint village of Spruce Head Island, overlooking the harbor with expansive views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Beautiful perennial gardens abound; no need for artwork on the walls; simply look out your front windows for a beautiful and ever-changing canvas! No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
