Beautiful grounds with a pond, private walks, a hot tub and an outdoor fireplace, lends this home everything needed for a fun, secluded experience. Anchored by a huge island, the kitchen will lend itself to hosting a large group but is still cozy enough for an intimate cooking experience. Professional grade appliances, two ovens, a built-in fridge, and a fully stocked pantry will allow anyone to cook up the meal of their dreams. The large dining table will host your group or the built-in seating overlooking the garden can be the place for quiet, slow meals. Accessed from the kitchen is the large, screened porch, perched hillside for the views of the pond and gazebo. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are full suites with private bathrooms and living rooms. The first is almost its own small apartment. A kitchenette, living room with large screen tv, private bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with a shower, as well as its own balcony and entrance with access to the garden. The principal suite has a king size bed, sitting area, and huge bathroom with both a shower and a gorgeous tub. Across the hall is another queen bedroom, also with a desk, as well as a hallway guest bath with shower. For those that need office space, there is a dedicated office with great light and beautiful views. Additionally, two of the other bedrooms have desks. The last bedroom is a bunk room with twin bunks and twin side by side desks. A fully equipped laundry room is also on this floor, and a second guest hallway bathroom too. Downstairs, via the kitchen, is the lower-level games and hangout room. Foosball and ping pong tables, club seating and cool accessories will make this area a fun place for people of all ages. Outside the home, plenty of spots for both activity seekers and those who wish to relax, are available. Patios, porches, ponds and pathways provide opportunities for walks and moments to enjoy nature. A hot tub is just across from the scenic patio, giving hillside views while luxuriating in the steaming bubbles. We look forward to welcoming you to The Knoll. For those of you who like to ski, the house is only 33 miles from Hunter Mountain, 46 miles from Windham, and 34 miles from Belleayre Ski Resort. We are a pet friendly home, but only allow small dogs no more than twenty pounds. We ask that your pet is house-trained, crated when you are not in the home, and please no pets on the furniture.
