Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.** We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement.
