With so much to do, you'll hardly ever be home! The space State of the art appliances in an immaculate kitchen, open and inviting floorplan, with a one of a kind spa-like ensuite bathroom with wet room off the primary BR. 10' ceilings, solid-core floors, multiple balconies, camera doorbell, smart thermostats, fresh paint throughout, washer/dryer included in-unit, double sinks, walk in closet, smart TV's, tons of natural lighting. The first floor is an entry stairway with access to the garage directly from the condo. The second floor includes an open concept living area with a living space, kitchen space, dining space, half bath, and a rear facing balcony. The third floor includes both bedrooms, each with an en suite, and the laundry closet. You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. As 29x Superhosts, we try hard to get it right. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.** We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.** *TRAVEL INSURANCE*: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unexpected events such as weather, illness, or travel interruptions.
