Bring your boat or kayaks/paddleboards & enjoy the river on a day pass for $5. Or just relax in this updated 700 sf studio cottage The space Our cottage is an open space studio featuring a queen size bed and queen size pull-out sofa bed to sleep 4 adults comfortably. Full kitchen, dining and laundry also share this space. The bathroom features a tub and shower with standard toilet, vanity and closet for hanging clothes and storage. There is covered outdoor seating on the front porch and a small uncovered side porch for some fresh air. There is also space beneath the house for sitting, playing darts or enjoy a small fire in the provided fire pit. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire interior and exterior with a half acre empty grass lot to the left of the house. Linens are provided but if you choose to bring your own, please leave the mattress protector in place. Linens for the sleeper sofa are only provided for parties over 2 guests.
